Paper cutter
Used for horizontal fixed-length cutting of paper (such as cartons and printed materials), it is divided into two categories: “mechanical cross-cutting blade” and “computerized spiral cross-cutting blade”. The computerized model can achieve an accuracy of ±1mm, is suitable for high-speed production lines, and the blade edge is usually inlaid with high-speed steel, which combines toughness and wear resistance. It can cut various paper products such as corrugated paper and gold and silver cardboard.

Bottom knife
It is a fixed support blade in slitting/rewinding equipment, often used in conjunction with a circular blade (such as in a rewinder) for slitting rolls of paper, film, aluminum foil, etc. Its core function is “support + assist cutting”. It is mostly made of alloy steel and needs to have high flatness to avoid rough edges on the rolls.

Tear blade of tissue box packaging machine
Specifically designed for processing the easy-tear opening of plastic tissue paper packaging bags, this component requires precise control of the cutting depth (too deep and the bag will break; too shallow and it will be difficult to tear). It typically employs a threaded connection design for easy and quick blade changes, and is combined with a conveyor belt rubber pad to enhance cutting stability. This is a key component for improving the tissue paper user experience.

Paper dispenser bottom blade
The auxiliary blades of the tissue folding machine solve the problem of “paper dragging on the bottom blade roller” and ensure smooth paper transfer to the feed roller. They are mostly made of imported high-speed steel (such as SKH51), and must meet requirements for high hardness and high straightness, ensuring continuous tissue production.

Ceramic doctor blade for papermaking machines
A core component in the paper coating process, replacing traditional steel doctor blades. Enhanced wear resistance through thermal spraying with ceramic (alumina/zirconia), its lifespan is 5-6 times that of steel blades. It reduces paper surface roughness, stabilizes coating quality, and is compatible with high-speed coated paper production lines (speed > 500m/min).
Packaging machine cutting blade
Customized cutting tools for packaging machines are selected based on the packaging film material:
Flat blade (SKD11 steel): compatible with PE film;
Rotary blade (diamond coating): compatible with composite film;
Hot-cutting blade (resistance heating): compatible with PP shrink film.
The core principle is “matching the characteristics of the packaging film to ensure clean cuts without molten edges.”

Automatic cutting special alloy grinding wheel
Specifically designed for cutting/grinding high-hardness alloy materials (such as carbide tools). Utilizing an independent abrasive grain structure (instead of ordinary bound abrasive), it boasts higher hardness and wear resistance, avoiding the problems of “easy wear and thermal melting” common grinding wheels. It is a dedicated tool for alloy machining.

Shredder blades
The core components of a shredder, categorized by structure, are single-shaft/multi-shaft blades:
Single-shaft blade (square moving blade): suitable for soft materials such as paper and fibers;
Multi-shaft claw blade (3 claws/8 claws): suitable for hard materials such as plastics, wood, and metals.
The materials are 9CrSi (soft materials) and Cr12MoV (hard materials), requiring both high hardness (HRC58-61) and impact resistance.

Slitting blade holder
The blade fixing device of the roll slitting equipment can automatically adjust the cutting width and is suitable for roll slitting in industries such as paper, plastic, food, and pharmaceutical (e.g., packaging film, label paper). Its core function is to “improve slitting efficiency and ensure cutting accuracy”.

Paper cutter blade belt
The transmission components of a paper cutter are responsible for transmitting power to drive the blades. They need to have the characteristics of “high strength, high transmission precision, and resistance to oil corrosion,” and are mostly made of rubber/polyurethane. They are key consumables to ensure the stable operation of the paper cutter.
